Padel Coach AI (“the App”) is a Wear OS smartwatch application designed to help users analyze and improve their padel technique by recording and analyzing movements using the smartwatch’s motion sensors.

Padel Coach AI may process the following information when you use its features:
Motion Sensor Data
The App accesses the smartwatch’s accelerometer and gyroscope to record movements during padel training sessions. This data may include:
- Linear acceleration measurements.
- Angular velocity measurements.
- Timestamps associated with sensor readings.
- Recorded movement patterns used to analyze padel strokes.
These measurements are used exclusively to provide the App’s core functionality, including stroke analysis, consistency measurements, and training feedback.
Training Session Information
The App may store information associated with training sessions, including:

- Session start and stop times.
- Stroke types selected or assigned to a session.
- Player identifiers selected by the user, such as player numbers.
- Stroke counts, calculated statistics, and analysis results.
Users should avoid including personal or sensitive information in session names.
Device and Technical Information
The App processes technical information necessary for its operation, such as sensor availability, sensor readings, and recording status.
The App does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photographs, or microphone recordings as part of its core stroke-analysis functionality.

The information processed by Padel Coach AI is used to:

We do not use motion sensor data to identify individuals or to make medical diagnoses.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Training data may be stored locally on the smartwatch or in files generated by the App, depending on the feature being used.
Users are responsible for keeping exported files in a secure location and for managing copies they share or transfer to other devices.
Data stored locally may remain on the device until it is deleted by the user, removed through an available App feature, or deleted when the App’s data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Exported files may remain available independently of the App.
We do not promise that deleting the App will automatically delete files previously exported or copied elsewhere.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Padel Coach AI does not sell users’ personal information.
Motion sensor readings and training session data are not intentionally shared with third parties by the App unless a feature explicitly enables such sharing or the user chooses to export or share the data.
If users export files and send them to another person or service, the recipient’s own privacy practices will apply.
The smartwatch operating system, app distribution platform, or other services operating independently of the App may process technical information under their own privacy policies.
6. Internet Access
The App’s core motion-recording and stroke-analysis features are designed to operate using data from the smartwatch’s sensors.
If a future version introduces online services, cloud storage, analytics, or other network-based features that process personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices before they are introduced.

We aim to minimize the information processed by the App and to protect locally stored training data through the security mechanisms available on the device.
No method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take reasonable precautions when exporting or sharing training files.

Padel Coach AI is a sports-training application and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
